Who can do CSS?

Official Requirements

1. Graduate second class in any discipline
    
2. Age : between 21 to 28 years normally (for age relaxation see FPSC Rules )
    
3. Muslim or Non Muslim Pakistani can do
    
4. Even Disabled can do (for certain groups only)
    
5. Age will be calculated on 1st January

Good means Grammatically Correct and ability to express reasonably whatever is in mind.
